In good working order, good print quality. Before connecting printer to PC download and install ZDesigner driver on your PC.

Then open Zebra Setup Utilities, select the printer shown on main screen, and press Configure Printer Connectivity. Select Wireless - next - select DHCP and enter the Hostname (call it anything you like) - next - select your band - next - WLAN country Europe - next - ESSID is your WIFI name, and select security mode (for home wifi it is WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK) - next - select string and PSK name is your WIFI password - next - next - next - select Printer - Finish. Print network configuration label by holding the feed and cancel button for 2 seconds to find out the IP address. Next you need to download the wireless printer to your control panel. Go to control panel - Add a printer - select "The printer I wanted wasn't listed here" - Add a printer using TCP/IP - next - Enter IP address - next - select Print Server - next - select ZDesigner on the left and ZD410-203dpi on the right (latest version) - next - Use the driver that is currently installed - next - Enter printer name - next - next - finish.
Printer will be installed in control panel and now you ca treat as a wired one. Installation of Bluetooth printer is complicated and require skills (Using wireless is much better when in use than Bluetooth). It is common issue with dongles and very difficult if not impossible to sort out.The best to use PC with integrated Bluetooth. First of all you connect printer with USB cable and allow windows to install it. It will be ready for wired printing. Now you can go to Control panel and Add Device (not Add Printer but Add Device). It will install device with printer icon but it is not a printer yet. Go to properties, hardware and note COM port number on which it is installed. Only now you go to Control Panel, Add printer, Choose Local-not Bluetooth, create COM port with the same number you noted if it is not available yet and install drivers by choosing ZD420, add pairing code when requested and here your misery should end.
You can read through thousands of forums about this issue online - maybe some solutions will help you, maybe not. I tried myself two dongles on two computers and failed to install properly but on laptop with build in Bluetooth it went like through butter. Data transfer via Bluetooth is much slower than via Network cable. This item is in the category "Computers/Tablets & Networking\Printers, Scanners & Supplies\Printers".
